Our 2.5-hour Induction Workshop is a hands-on introduction where you’ll learn the science behind the Thermalist® Method contrast therapy, explore best practices for safety and self-care and experience the techniques in a guided, supportive environment.
Completing this session ensures that you’re fully prepared to get the most out of your future visits - safely, confidently, and with a deeper understanding of the powerful benefits contrast therapy can offer.

To ensure your safety and help you get the most from your experience, completion of the Induction Workshop is required before booking any drop-in ice bath or sauna sessions. This foundational workshop will give you the knowledge, confidence and skills you need to enjoy contrast therapy safely and effectively.

1hr Breathwork, Meditation & Sauna Sessions (every other Wednesday)
Reset your mind and body with a 1-hour Breathwork, Meditation & Sauna session.
Guided breathwork and meditation to calm the nervous system, followed by sauna time to boost recovery and relaxation. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and recharged. -
Sunday Reset: Breath Work, Meditation & Sauna Sessions
Start your week with clarity, focus and calm with a 1.5 hour Sunday evening recharge. Short guided breathwork/ meditation session, followed by cold dip and sauna. End your session, with a warm cup of cacao and reflect on the week ahead. *Once a month on Sunday evenings
