Take a deep breath, relax, and reset.

This 1-hour session combines guided breathwork and meditation with the healing heat of the sauna  - designed to calm your nervous system, boost circulation, relieve stress, and support overall well-being.

You'll be guided through intentional breathing practices to deepen relaxation and presence, followed by time in the sauna to enhance recovery, detoxification, and mental clarity.

Perfect for anyone looking to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with their body and mind.

  • Flip Flops

  • Swimming costume
