Our Intro Workshops & Experiences

Start here

To join our Guided Ice Bath and Sauna Drop-in Sessions, you’ll first need to complete either the Thermalist® Method Workshop (2.5hrs) or the Intro Workshop (1hr 15mins).

Thermalist® Method Experience Workshop (2.5hrs)
Think of this as the full adventure: you’ll explore the science, breathwork and safety, with plenty of guided time in ice and heat. It is the most thorough way to build confidence and set yourself up for all future sessions.

Intro to Contrast Therapy Workshop Express (1hr 15mins)
A gentler starting point that still gives you the essentials, guided practice, seasonal focus and a taste of the benefits without going quite as deep.

Choose the Thermalist Workshop if you are ready to immerse yourself fully from the start. Pick the Intro if you would prefer to ease in more lightly.

You can book Sunday Reset sessions and Drop-in Sauna sessions without completing an Intro Express Workshop or Thermalist Method Workshop.

Thermalist® Method Experience Workshop (2.5hr)

  • Experience an ice bath, followed by a dry sauna, and reflect by the fire with a warm drink (weather permitting). After completing this workshop, you’ll be ready to book any of our other sessions!

Contrast Therapy Workshops

  • The Elementals by Empower Contrast Therapy Workshop introduces the foundational practices of heat and cold therapy, helping your body reconnect with its natural rhythm.

    Whether you're new to cold dips or looking to deepen your practice, this session offers a calm and supportive starting point.

    • Learn the essential techniques for working safely with heat + cold

    • Experience the refreshing contrast of cold immersion and warming heat

    • A grounding reset to begin your regular practice with confidence

Ice Bath & Sauna Sessions

To join our Guided Ice Bath and Sauna Drop-in Sessions, you’ll first need to complete either the Thermalist® Method Workshop (2.5hrs) or the Intro Workshop (1hr 15mins).

Guided Cool Dip & Sauna Drop-in Sessions (1hr)

  • Alternate between an invigorating ice plunge and a soothing sauna in this self-managed session, with Emma on hand to guide and support you. Perfect for recovery, energy, and embracing the benefits of contrast therapy.

    After completing the Introductory Workshop and mastering the basics, it’s time to take your contrast therapy experience to the next level!

    Book a 1-hour session where you’ll alternate between the invigorating ice bath and the soothing sauna*. While these sessions are self-guided, Emma will be there to support and ensure you make the most of every moment.

    Reclaim your energy, boost recovery, and embrace the power of contrast therapy—your wellness journey starts here!

    *Up to 3 dips and two saunas

Sunday Reset: Breathwork, Sauna & Cacao

  • Start your week with clarity, focus and calm with a 1.5 hour Sunday evening recharge.

    Short guided breathwork/ meditation session, followed by cold dip and sauna. End your session, with a warm cup of cacao and reflect on the week ahead. *Once a month on Sunday evenings
