These workshops form the foundation of your experience. They offer a guided introduction to the space, the practices and your own physiological responses - alongside an understanding of the science behind contrast therapy and how it supports your body and nervous system.
Through this, you’ll build confidence, awareness and trust in your body, allowing you to step into our drop-in sessions with clarity, calm and a deeper sense of control.

Thermalist® Method Experience Workshop (2.5hrs)
Think of this as the full adventure: you’ll explore the science, breathwork and safety, with plenty of guided time in ice and heat. It is the most thorough way to build confidence and set yourself up for all future sessions.The Elementals by Empower Contrast Therapy Workshop Express (1hr 15mins)
A gentler starting point that still gives you the essentials, guided practice, seasonal focus and a taste of the benefits without going quite as deep.

Pick The Elementals by Empower if you would prefer to ease in more lightly.
You can book Sunday Reset sessions and Drop-in Sauna sessions without completing one of our Intro Workshops.
INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOPS
Begin your contrast therapy journey with one of our Introductory Workshops, designed to gently guide you into the practice.
Through a combination of guided breathwork, expert instruction and supported exposure to both cold and heat, you’ll learn how your body responds and how to work with it safely and effectively. You’ll also gain an understanding of the science behind contrast therapy and its benefits for your nervous system.
Perfect for those new to contrast therapy or looking to build confidence in a calm, supportive environment.

Deep dive into the science, benefits, and techniques of contrast therapy, including breathwork and safe practices.
Experience an ice bath, followed by a dry sauna, and reflect by the fire with a warm drink (weather permitting). After completing this workshop, you’ll be ready to book any of our other sessions!

Designed around you, this session allows for a slower pace, deeper guidance and space to truly tune into your body. Whether you're new to cold exposure or looking to refine your practice, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Guided Ice Bath & Sauna Sessions

After completing the Introductory Workshop* and mastering the basics, it’s time to take your contrast therapy experience to the next level!
Alternate between an invigorating ice bath and a soothing sauna in this self-managed session, with Emma on hand to guide and support you.
The perfect way to support nervous system regulation, restore energy and help you experience the benefits of contrast therapy more deeply.
*To join our Guided Ice Bath and Sauna Sessions, you’ll first need to complete one of our Introductory Workshops.
Guided Cool Dip & Sauna Sessions (1hr)

Book a 1-hour session where you’ll alternate between the invigorating ice bath and the soothing sauna*. While these sessions are self-guided, Emma will be there to support and ensure you make the most of every moment.

From guided breathwork and contrast therapy to seasonal events and collaborations with like-minded practitioners, each session is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling grounded, clear and restored.
Sunday Resets - Breathwork, Sauna & Cacao

Short guided breathwork/ meditation session, followed by cold dip and sauna. End your session, with a warm cup of cacao and reflect on the week ahead. *Once a month on Sunday evenings

Through gentle, guided techniques, you’ll learn how to work with your breath in a way that feels supportive and sustainable - whether you’re looking to improve sleep, reduce anxiety, or simply find a moment of stillness.
