One Day Retreat June 2026

Mid-Year Rebalance โ€” a one-day retreat to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself. When the year starts to feel overwhelming and youโ€™ve been holding everything together for everyone else, this is your invitation to step out, breathe, and put yourself back on your own priority list.

Through gentle breathwork, time in nature, nourishing food, simple wellbeing practices, and a restorative sauna and cold immersion experience, youโ€™ll be supported to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with what you need, without pressure or expectation. Youโ€™ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more like yourself again, with simple tools to carry that sense of balance forward.

Meet Emma

Emma is a certified Thermalistยฎ Method Contrast Therapy Coach, mum of three, nature lover, and champion of cold dips, sauna sessions, and the breath.

After years of feeling overwhelmed and burnt out, she began her own wellbeing journey, one that led her to the powerful benefits of cold and heat exposure. Sheโ€™s passionate about using simple, natural practices like breathwork, cold immersion, and heat therapy to support your health and wellbeing. Emma now shares this journey through supportive, science-backed sessions that help you reconnect with yourself, reset your nervous system, and feel truly alive.

Meet Eve

Iโ€™m Eve Ostrovskaya, a PCC-certified leadership coach specialising in supporting mothers and female leaders returning to work after maternity leave. I work with ambitious women across London and the UK who are navigating confidence shifts, identity changes, and the emotional transition back to leadership after having a baby.

Whether you are preparing to return to work, rebuilding confidence after maternity leave, or navigating a second maternity leave with two children, my coaching is designed to support you through this pivotal career moment.
