Breathing Assessment & Coaching with Emma Heslop

Your breathing influences everything from sleep and energy to stress and recovery. These personalised sessions evaluate your breathing patterns and teaches practical techniques to help restore more efficient, functional breathing.

1:1 Sessions | 1 Hour | £65

Your breath is one of the most powerful tools you have for supporting your nervous system, yet most of us have never been shown how to use it.

During these personalised 1:1 sessions, Emma will gently assess your breathing patterns and guide you through simple practices tailored to your body and lifestyle.

You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how breath influences stress, sleep, energy and emotional balance - and learn practical, easy-to-use tools that you can take into everyday life - helping you feel calmer, more resilient, better rested and more balanced.

    This includes:

    • A gentle summary of your session and what we explored together

    • Your recommended breathing exercises and practices

    • Recommendations for tools such as breath tape and other supportive products

  • During your 1:1 breathing assessment and coaching session, Emma will gently explore how you currently breathe and how this may be influencing your nervous system, sleep, energy and overall wellbeing.

    Through simple observations and guided practices, you’ll begin to understand your own breathing patterns and how small adjustments can make a meaningful difference.

    Emma will introduce personalised techniques and practical tools tailored to you, helping you learn how to use your breath to support calm, resilience, better sleep and more balanced energy in everyday life.

    There’s no pressure to “perform” or get anything right, this is a relaxed and supportive space to explore your breath and reconnect with your body.

  • These sessions are for anyone who would like to better understand their breathing and how it may be affecting their health and wellbeing.

    They can be particularly helpful if you:

    • Often feel stressed, overwhelmed or stuck in “fight or flight”
    • Experience poor sleep or struggle to fully relax
    • Notice shallow or fast breathing during the day

    No previous breathwork experience is needed, just a curiosity to explore how your breath can support you.

Each week has a different theme, building your knowledge and confidence step by step.

By the end of the 4 weeks, you’ll understand how to use your breath as a powerful tool to support calm, resilience, better sleep, and sustainable energy.
