This week at Empower Mind Body Spirit join us for:

    Introductory Workshop (2.5hr)

    Learn the science, benefits, and techniques of contrast therapy, including breathwork and safe practices.

    Experience an ice bath, followed by a dry sauna, and reflect by the fire with a warm drink (weather permitting). After completing this workshop, you’ll be ready to book any of our other sessions!

    Guided Ice Bath & Sauna Drop-in Sessions (1hr)

    Take your wellness journey further! Alternate between an invigorating ice plunge and a soothing sauna in this self-managed session, with Emma on hand to guide and support you.
